– Exchanges
– Refunds for unwanted scents
– Cancellations after shipping

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with:
– Your order number
– Clear photos of the product and packaging
We will gladly replace the item if the issue qualifies.

Allergy & Sensitivity Notice

Customers are responsible for checking ingredients and performing patch tests.
We are not responsible for allergic reactions.

Order Not Received

If your package shows as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us so we can look into it. We’ll help investigate the missing item and work toward a resolution.
